Dungeons and Dragons (5e) character sheets
As a hobby, I play D&D, and since I've always found the official character sheets awkward to use, I decided to create my own version. I started by cutting and pasting from the official ones, eventually arriving at the latest version, in which I redesigned all the boxes to have more space to write (especially for spells).
